FIGHT AGAINST DEPRESSIONS

Although the working hours almost halved at the beginning of the 20th century, the people have less and less time.

Instead, he/she is in constant stress, which is not without consequences, as a study by the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) explains: “The psychological stress caused by agitation and stress at work has become so high that it jeopardizes the health and performance of employees.” In 2000, only one in four workers applying for a disability pension applied for depression, anxiety disorder, or other mental illness. “Only” eleven years later, it was 41 percent. Accordingly, more than four out of ten people who are unable to work prematurely are “mentally ill”. This means that this condition has “overtaken” cardiovascular and cancer diseases. According to the DAK health report, the absenteeism due to general mental illness has increased by 165 percent in the past 15 years. Suffering caused by psycho-stress moved to second place on the job in all sick days. Back pain is in first place. Affected workers and employees stayed at home for more than 40 days in 2012 due to illnesses caused by psycho-stress, according to the commercial health insurance company KKH. No company can afford such a development!

Every day, 30.780 opioids are swallowed by one million citizens in Germany to suppress their fears, pain, worries, problems, depression and many other painful things. The emphasis is on “suppress” and not on “eliminate”. No tablet in the world can do that. Only humans can do this if they know about the rules of conduct.
